This is a deep, immersive breathwork experience offered in a small, carefully held group of up to four participants.
The Extended Psychedelic Breathwork Intensive is a 5-hour session designed for those seeking profound insight, emotional processing, and expanded states of awareness through breath alone. The work is intentionally slow, spacious, and highly supported, with ample time for preparation, the breathwork journey itself, and integration.
This offering is not suitable for everyone and is best suited for individuals who already have some familiarity with breathwork, altered states, or inner work and who feel ready for a longer, inward-focused experience.
What to expect:
A full-day, guided psychedelic breathwork journey
Careful orientation, safety guidance, and integration support
A very small group for depth, privacy, and containment
Time for rest, reflection, and meaning-making
Group size: Maximum 4 participants
Length: 5 hours
Frequency: Offered once per month
Please bring:
Lunch
Water bottle
Eye mask
Blanket or comfort items
This is a powerful experience intended for those who can tolerate sustained inner exploration in a group setting. Screening and consent are required. This session is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care.
Clinical Breathwork is a weekly, therapist-led group focused on using breath as a practical tool to support mental health and nervous system regulation.
Each week explores a different theme—such as stress, focus, anxiety, trauma, depression, or emotional regulation—with techniques that are generalizable and accessible, regardless of diagnosis. Sessions are structured, predictable, and trauma-aware, with an emphasis on safety and choice.
This group is designed for people who want:
Evidence-informed breathwork
Practical tools they can use in daily life
Supportive guidance without emotional overwhelm
A consistent, grounding weekly practice
What to expect:
Brief teaching on the week’s theme
Guided clinical breathwork practices
Options to modify or rest at any time
No pressure to share personal details
Length: 60 minutes
Format: Weekly group
Focus: Regulation, not catharsis
Clinical Breathwork is appropriate for most people and can complement therapy, medical care, or personal wellness routines. It is not intended as crisis care.
